Guests are advised to arrive at The Sun Spa 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment in order to respect other treatment session schedules. In cases of tardiness, extended treatment session will not be granted. All necessary accessories required for proper care (robes, towels, and slippers) will be at your disposal.

Pregnancy

Please alert The Spa staff of pregnancy to ensure proper and appropriate care.

Lost or Stolen Possessions

Our team will not be held responsible for lost or stolen possessions.

Accidents or Injuries

In cases of accidents or injuries, hotel staff will not be held liable or responsible.

Restrictions on the use of facilities

The use of tobacco is strictly prohibited. To respect the tranquility of everyone, guests are kindly requested to refrain from using mobile phones.
